Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Katsubō standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service
  • Complete daily prep tasks and station setup/breakdown

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Dependable with strong attendance habits
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
