Job Overview

Position Summary:
Midtown Roadhouse is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. You’ll provide knowledgeable and efficient service, uphold our standards of hospitality, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu knowledge, including daily specials and drink recommendations.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining sections.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in side work duties such as stocking, cleaning, and prepping for service.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol in your state).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
