As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
  • Manage shifts and ensure smooth operations during peak business hours.
  • Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions in real time.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and help control labor and food costs.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that promotes accountability and excellence.
  • Support efforts to increase guest satisfaction and online review ratings on Google and Yelp.
  • Utilize company digital checklists and task management tools to maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience in a fast-casual, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on management style with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and guest-focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
