What You'll Do
As a Barista, you'll be cross-trained throughout the restaurant, giving you valuable experience in both front and back of house.
You'll:

  • Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make them feel valued.
  • Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, wraps, salads, and other fresh menu favorites.
  • Learn about the health benefits of our ingredients so you can confidently answer guest questions.
  • Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently.
  • Work with an energetic team that supports one another and celebrates success.
  • Create an experience that keeps guests excited to come back.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:

  • Believes hospitality starts with making every person feel special.
  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Loves talking with people and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Pays attention to the little details.
  • Works with urgency while maintaining quality.
  • Can occasionally lift up to 40–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
