Job Overview

We are looking for experienced prep/line cooks to work in either our HARVEST Prep Kitchen located in Bedford or either of our HARVEST | A Farm-To-Table Eatery restaurants in downtown Halifax and Bedford.   Responsibilities 

  • Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Complete food inventory checklists and food storage logs

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a line/prep cook, or equivalent
  • High school diploma, basic reading and writing sills
  • Familiar with industry best practices
