Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Assist with customer inquiries and client communication
- Manage files, databases, and digital organization systems
- Conduct online research as needed

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
