Job Description – Party Specialist Job Title: Party Specialist Reports To: Event Coordinator, Assistant Manager, Administrator, General Manager, Owners Objective: The objective of this position is to assist the Event Coordinator and act as a liaison between the Event Coordinator and guests who book parties and events. Party Specialists support the roles and responsibilities of the Event Coordinator. At times, they may also host parties. Job Responsibilities:

  • Call/Email to confirm party details of guests who have booked events
  • Confirm online orders using the party booking software
  • Schedule and assign party hosts
  • Answer questions that guests may have about booking parties and events
  • Give tours to guests who are considering booking a party or event
  • Place and confirm orders with food vendors
  • Ensure that parties run smoothly
  • Train Party Hosts
  • Close out parties and collect final payments as needed
  • Book parties, field trips, and private events
  • Consult with the Event Coordinator to create and organize the monthly event calendars

Any other appropriate job tasks or duties as required by the Event Coordinator. Required Work Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 year experience in a customer service or related position
  • Detail-oriented, good communicator, organized, good work ethic

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
