SUMMARY
L ’aromas Shift Supervisors are responsible for fostering and maintaining a positive and product work environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members. The Shift Supervisor is the first point of contact for all staff and customer care inquiries. They are responsible for working with staff and responding to customers’ needs to resolve issues. Shift Supervisors provide supervision to staff on duty and take the role of the Manager on duty when the shop Manager is absent. Shift Supervisors provide coaching, feedback and training and elevate issues to the Manager as needed.
WHAT YOU DO
Leadership Development: You work closely with Manager to run a business and ensure we hire, train and develop top performing, customer focused people. You set the example and hold your team accountable for delivering outstanding service and performance each and every day. You are keen to train new staff in the various shift stations and the L ’aromas culture.
Inventory Management: You manage material inventory, ensuring the store is stocked with the proper amount of product for your location. You work closely with Manager to develop new best practices to ensure store is always stocked efficiently, and direct Customer Service staff to ensure these practices are up-held.
Product Education & Training: You are a natural storyteller. You are able to communicate the features and benefits of our product assortment with our staff and our customers. You are also the key trainer and point of contact for product education in your store. You are focused on educating and elevating the level of product knowledge and employee training to ensue staff have the experience and tools they need to perform at a highly capable level.
