Responsibilities

  • Communicate with guests
  • Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.
  • Work with money on a daily basis
  • Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
  • Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
