Position Summary

At City Brew Hall, we're more than a restaurant—we're a gathering place. As a Server, your job is to create memorable experiences through genuine hospitality, great food and drinks, and exceptional service. You'll guide guests through their visit, anticipate their needs, and make every table feel welcome from the moment they walk in until they leave.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Learn the menu inside and out, including weekly specials, beverages, and promotions.
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and confidently upsell appetizers, desserts, cocktails, and featured items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check back frequently to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when necessary.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized section throughout your shift.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Help run food, bus tables, restock supplies, and support teammates whenever needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Physical Requirements
