Qualifications and Responsibilities: We look for team members who are hard-working, confident, open-minded, and who enjoy making people smile. Servers play a crucial role in in the guest experience. Our servers instantly make guests feel comfortable, know the menu inside and out, and ensure everything is absolutely delicious. Our mission is to take exceptional care of our guests, so they keep coming back. We give servers large sections and expect them to work efficiently and as a team. Each server is equipped with a tablet to enter orders and process payments right at the table. Our team members must be open to adopting new practices to increase their tips. Benefits:
