Island Sushi is under new ownership, and we’re looking for a skilled Sushi Chef to join our crew and grow with us! We’re all about fresh ingredients, good vibes, and great service—and if you are too, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Rolling sushi, slicing sashimi, and plating with style—we want your creativity!
  • Prepping ingredients and keeping your station clean and organized
  • Working alongside our Kitchen Manager and back-of-house team to keep things running smooth
  • Keeping quality and consistency top-tier for every order
    What We're Looking For:
  • Sushi-making experience (1+ year preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
  • Passion for food and attention to detail
  • Dependable, hardworking, and a team player
  • Familiar with kitchen safety and sanitation
