Job Overview

Bricolage is a well established contemporary Vietnamese-French restaurant in prime Park Slope. We offer hand crafted cocktails, draft beers and fine wine in a unique artist designed dining room and beautiful outdoor patio-garden.
We are looking for a barback to join our team, support our bartenders and rest of our staff.

Responsibilities 

• assist with opening and closing procedures
• various bar tasks such as preparig an extensive craft cocktail menu, learn recipes of all drinks. assisting bartenders at the bar. restocking and more. please inquire for details

Must have interest in the hospitality industry; previous entry level experience in a bar or restaurant is not mandatory but is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, has great team spirit and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Physical ability to lift beer kegs, hold trays of bottles and glassware and stand during shifts.
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
