  • Upselling to customers
  • Ringing guests’ orders into the POS system
  • Properly charging the guest and collecting payment for orders + providing each guest with a receipt
  • Processing credit, debit, and gift card transactions
  • Answering the phone
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintaining cash drawers + counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shift
  • Stocking counters and holding cabinets
  • Cleaning tables and chairs and collecting trays
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workstation
  • Maintaining sanitary standards + keeping the floor in the work area clean and free of debris
  • Being a team player – supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
