About the Role:
We’re hiring a Front of House Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly face of Neighbourly Coffee. This part-time role (20–30 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments and wants to contribute to something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Prepare and serve coffee and food items following café standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Support the café team with opening/closing duties
  • Contribute to a culture of kindness, respect, and teamwork
