Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and for service tickets
  • Follow all Green Gables drink recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
  • Provide fast, accurate service during high-volume periods
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
  • Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies
  • Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor guest behavior and promote a safe, welcoming environment
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
