Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce food per recipes and specifications on a kitchen line and prep area in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food preparation and stocking workstation to ensure success for business demands.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces.
  • Stock kitchen, organize products, inspect food quality
  • Completing food safety protocols and logs with assistance and direction from management
  • Contribute effectively to a positive employee and guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.

Skills

  • Must have or be able to obtain Canadian Food Handlers Certification.
  • Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • 1 year minimun experience as a Line cook.
