  • Taking orders accurately
  • Creating a great guest experience

  • Being able to work on your own without being told what to do (knowing when and what to prep while also maintaine expo orders and/or taking orders)
  • Reliability. This is a small crew and being reliable is a top priority. Call ins and no-shows have a large domino effect and therefore can't be extensively tolerated.
  • Multi taking. This job requires you to be diligent.
