Team Member – Customer Service & Food Preparation

Location: Mississauga, ON (Ridgeway Plaza)

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately using our POS system.
• Prepare and serve fresh manakish, fatayer, wraps, and other menu items.
• Keep the front of house clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support your teammates during busy periods.
• Help create an outstanding experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Food service experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
