Crew Member - Crew members start on simple prep in the back and in front on the line, then learn more complex recipes and cash register. After those are mastered, the next step is expo on the line and lastly is grill.

Responsibilities Initially

  • Prep of fresh veggies and meats
  • Making dressings and sauces
  • Keeping work areas and dining areas clean
  • Intention to learn all positions (we work as a team in all positions)
