We are hiring a Part-Time Pit Crew Member for a fast-paced restaurant / food service environment in Richland, WA. This position focuses on in-store food preparation and customer service, with occasional catering delivery assistance as part of regular duties.

Job Requirements

  • Restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Delivery duties are occasional and secondary to in-store responsibilities

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time hours
  • Flexible scheduling including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Starting pay: $17.25/hour, based on experience
