Immediate opening for a long term reliable Day Part-Time Line Cook. We offer a wide selection of menu items like, GF, Vegan, Vegetarian options as well as all the regular menu items. Current hours are: Monday and Tuesday we are closed; Wednesday 8am-8pm; Thursday-Saturday 8am-3pm; and Sundays 8am-2pm. There will never be late night, latest ever being 10pm.
Duties includes:

  • Label and stock ingredients
  • maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work station
  • daily and weekly sanitation procedures
  • daily prep
  • always monitor prep levels and order levels at all times
  • must be able to work each station
  • washing dishes
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have passion for quality
  • attention to detail
  • must be versatile, and dedicated to learn our large diverse menu
  • must know all recipes for the in house made menu items and able to recreate them on a daily and weekly basis
  • ability to work as a team and have the desire to be the best you can be
  • set up and tear down of kitchen
  • opening and closing duties, as per company policy
  • must be able to uphold and monitor all company standards of work procedures and cleaning

We are looking for a reliable, hard working self starter. Must be able to work all stations. Food Safe is mandatory.
