We’re an Asian buffet under new management, and we’re building the next generation of restaurant leaders.
We're looking for dependable, motivated, and growth-minded individuals who are interested in developing leadership skills and building a long-term career in hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants to grow beyond a traditional front-line position.
No management experience? No problem.
If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Shift Leadership

  • Support daily restaurant operations and help ensure smooth service during shifts.
  • Assist in supervising team members and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Help ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
  • Lead by example and support team members during busy service periods.

Team Support & Development

  • Assist with training new employees and helping them succeed in their roles.
  • Support communication between staff and management.
  • Help promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Identify operational issues and communicate them to management.

Operations & Administration

  • Complete assigned operational checklists and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with shift organization, opening and closing procedures.
  • Support inventory counts and operational projects when needed.
  • Assist management with staffing, scheduling, and organizational initiatives.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with resolving guest concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Help maintain high hospitality standards throughout every shift.

Leadership Development

  • Participate in management training and leadership development activities.
  • Learn restaurant operations, staffing, inventory management, customer service recovery, and leadership fundamentals.
  • Gradually take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred.
  • Leadership, training, or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and willing to take initiative.
  • Interest in developing leadership and management skills.
  • Consistent availability on weekends and statutory holidays is preferred.
