Server/Beverage Cart Attendant: Simsbury Golf Course

  • Server/Bev cart attendants are responsible for the overall experience of our guests. It is important that we work together to provide an exceptional experience during each and every guest interaction

Skills :

  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Knowledge of various alcohol and cuisines
  • Developed interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of a POS system
  • Polite attitude
  • Attentiveness and patience

Qualifications :

  • Must be able to drive and operate a golf cart properly
  • High school diploma or age 18 and up, working towards high school diploma
  • Must be SafeServe and Tip Certified within 30 days of hire date
  • Follow health department regulations
  • Check ID’s to ensure minimum drinking age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages are met
  • Address a supervisor is a guest is severely intoxicated
  • Prior experience in food-serving establishment or bev cart is helpful
  • Ability to learn a menu, answer questions provided by the guests, and provide recommendations (will include ingredients and potential food allergies)
  • Inform customers about daily specials
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Capable of working in the heat and sun for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work under intense time pressure
  • Dedicated to on-time arrival for shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry cases of alcohol and food
  • Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $8.00 per hour
