Job Description:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area. You'll work alongside a talented kitchen team to ensure that every dish is executed with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage and prep areas.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are stocked and prepared for service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with special projects, menu development, and seasonal changes when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering quality dishes.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
