Position Summary

SeaQuake Brewing is seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook / Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
• Cook and plate menu items to SeaQuake standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory rotation and product storage
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
• Support teammates during busy shifts
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for the entirerty of the shift and lift over 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
