About the Role

Adventure Park USA is looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Social Media Intern to help bring the fun of the park to life online. This role is ideal for someone who loves short-form video, knows what performs on social platforms, and can capture real moments that make families want to visit.
You’ll help create and publish content across our social channels, support promotions and events, engage with our online community, and assist with tracking performance. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who enjoys both content creation and guest-facing park energy.

Responsibilities

  • Capture photo and video content throughout the park, including rides, attractions, arcade moments, birthday parties, food, special events, and guest experiences.
  • Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
  • Help plan, schedule, and publish posts based on a content calendar.
  • Write captions, select hashtags, and help maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement in a timely and professional way.
  • Spot trends, seasonal moments, and content opportunities that fit the Adventure Park USA brand.
  • Assist with promoting special events, group sales, birthday packages, seasonal offers, and park updates.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, video views, click-throughs, and follower growth.
  • Share content ideas and creative recommendations based on results and current trends.
  • Work with the marketing team and park staff to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and timely.
  • Help gather user-generated content, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for a business, brand, school organization, or campus group.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Experience with event promotion, community management, or email marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with family entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or tourism marketing is helpful.
