Job Title: Outside Service Golf Attendant

Prairie Falls is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outside Service Golf Attendant in the Spring of 2024. As a key member of our golf operations, the Outside Service Golf Attendant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and enhancing their overall golf experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cart Management: Ensure golf carts are clean, well-maintained, and properly staged for use. Assist golfers with loading and unloading clubs onto carts.
  2. Bag Handling: Greet golfers upon arrival, assist with unloading golf bags from vehicles, and organize them for storage or transportation to the golf carts.
  3. Simulator Attendant: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the simulators. Assist golfers with help when needed.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and providing general information about the golf course.
  5. Tournament Support: Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments, including preparation of carts, coordination of tee times, and other related tasks.
  6. Course Maintenance: Keep the staging area, bag drop, and other outside service areas clean and organized. Report any equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in the golf industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry golf bags, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of golf etiquette and basic golf course operations.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours based on business needs.
