Looking for an Executive Chef at Bistro Cacao..

Bistro Cacao has been serving modern French Cuisine in it's Capitol Hill location since 2009. We are very sad to see our Executive Chef leaving and looking for a new Executive Chef to join our dynamic team.
Our executive chef is the head of the entire kitchen operation of Bistro Cacao. Executive chef manages inventory, budgeting, menu planning, training, plating, and all kitchen staff, from sous chefs to dishwashers. S/he will be responsible for delivering high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures as well as contributing to building top line sales and guest count.
Job Requirements

  • Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a preferably fine dining restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, French cuisine knowledge and service
  • Proven ability to develop team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
