Job Overview

As a Juice Bar Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face behind our delicious smoothies, açaí bowls, and juices. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, prepare menu items to brand standards, and help maintain a clean, upbeat environment.
Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu
  • Prepare smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, and light food items according to recipes
  • Handle transactions accurately at the register or POS system
  • Keep prep areas, equipment, and the front of house clean and organized
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Follow health and safety standards at all times
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
  • Help open and close the store as scheduled

Skills 

  • Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willing to learn and follow standardized recipes and procedures
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
