Il Pizzaiolo has produced the highest quality Italian food for over 25 years. We are specifically focused on the cooking of Naples and southern Italy. We use the highest quality ingredients available: Pasta Gentile, Pasta Faella, DOP San Marzano Tomatoes. We make fresh mozzarella and fresh pasta daily. We are meticulous about everything we do- with the highest level of attention to detail with respect to Freshness, Quality and Authenticity. We also showcase some of the best Neapolitan pizza in America utilizing a wood-fired Neapolitan oven built by hand on site.
