Job Overview

Fox's Crew Members are responsible for preparing quality food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and delivering fast, friendly service to every guest. Team members may work in multiple stations throughout the kitchen and are expected to support one another to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and other menu items according to company standards.
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stock and organize food, paper products, and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cutting vegetables and preparing ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
  • Follow all food safety and health department guidelines.
  • Help with opening, shift change, and closing duties.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure fast ticket times.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods.
