Rhythm & Spirits is an Italian Amerian restaurant and bar without the rules located in the heart of Center City across from LOVE park on the street level of suburban station. A fun lively atompshere that combines Italian American food and culture with music inspired by life and driven by passion.
We are seeking an expereinced hospitality professionals to a manager/supercisor role, to help us achieve our mission of providing the highest quality food and service in an intimate and fun environment. We work hard to create a life style hospitality experience focused on creating memorable experiences that last a lifetime. The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, friendly and able to work in a service focused team atmosphere.
Responsibilities:

• Use good judgment when interacting with customers and team members
• lead service team and direct kitchen as needed. set clear expectations and coach team members to be their best.
• Go above and beyond to make peoples day and ensure everyone leaves smiling
• complete daily shift check lists and responsibilities
• create schedules, manage labor, drive profitability
• Never settle for providing good service, exceed interactions in every guest point and go above and beyond to make guests smile.
• Listening to the customer's needs and preferences, anticipate needs and make them feel special
• Making suggestions and recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
• Know the menu inside and our, ask questions and be prepared and adapt to change as it will happen often
• Perform all duties in a timely, accurate manner. Put aside distractions and put guest first.
• Ensure a clean and safe dining environment for staff and customers.
