Responsibilities

  • Greets guests, answers phones, makes food, drink and service suggestions to guests
  • Delivers food and drinks to guests
  • Treats guests with respect and creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere
  • Takes orders, accepts payments for services rendered
  • Participates in cleaning jobs
  • Transports plates, glasses and other dishes to and from dining area
  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Be able to sell products and articulate menu items using relevant food vocabulary
  • Other duties as needed
