Job Overview

To serve food, drinks, and to accommodate guests’ needs in a friendly and timely manner

Greets guests, answers phones, makes food, drink and service suggestions to guests
Delivers food and drinks to guests
Treats guests with respect and creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere
Takes orders, accepts payments for services rendered
Participates in cleaning jobs
Transports plates, glasses and other dishes to and from dining area
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
Be able to sell products and articulate menu items using relevant food vocabulary
Other duties as needed
