What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen (fine dining or high-volume preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, meat cookery, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ability to execute consistently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit, with respect for both leadership and peers.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Execute menu items to Victoria’s standards of quality, presentation, and timing.
  • Support preparation and organization for daily service.
  • Work closely with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure smooth service and communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture.
