Job Overview

Purpose:
The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs.
  • Process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized section.
  • Follow all restaurant policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Work as a team with kitchen, bar, hosts, and fellow servers.
  • Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Smart Serve certification (required where applicable).
